 In order to test the load-bearing andleakproofness of BBM(Bamboo Biodegradable Material) material, we did the following experiments. We put an intact fire extinguisher in a BBM bag, lift it and shake it three times.There is no damage to the bag, and the whole is the same as the original. Then we pour the water into the BBM bag, and hold the bag mouth, as you can see, there is no leakage at all at the bottom of the bag.It is proved that our bag has good load-bearing force and leakproofness. Moreover, the production technology of BBM products mainly has the following advantages:

1. Many biodegradable materials such as PLA, which need to crystallize during the processing, this operation will increase the cost and reduce the efficiency. But BBM doesn’t have these limitations at all, and the processing is very simple. BBM can be processed on conventional plastic production lines without the need of new equipment and labor.

2. The processing temperature of traditional plastic is generally 190-260 degrees Celsius, while the processing temperature of BBM only needs 120-160 degrees Celsius, which can greatly reduce the energy consumption.

3. Morever, the defective products produced by BBM in the processing can be added to the raw materials in a certain proportion which can be used repeatedly to reduce material loss and save the costs.
