DC Brushless Motor
Our standard motors for DC mini diaphragm pumps are the brush ones, which have a lifetime of about 500-1000hrs continuously work. If your application requires a longer lifetime, you may choose the brushless motors. They usually have a lifetime of around 3000 hours. The actual lifetime may vary from different usage of pumps. The differences between these two types of motors are: a)brushless motors are higher cost than the brush ones; b)brushless motors can provide stable parameter; c)Brushless motors can last longer life time than brushed motors d)Brushless motor speed can be adjusted; Anyhow, the lifetime of the pump is mainly decided by the rubber parts and the motor type. Choose the type of motor that best fits your needs and budget.
